Halloween is a great time of year. It's a time to have fun, make crafts, get dressed up and eat sweets! My Halloween style is more fun spooky rather than gory. I'm not sure whats happened over time but many decor for Halloween has sure gone a bit too dark for me. I did pick up a great magazine by Better Homes and Gardens that has fantastic ideas for Halloween like using black buttons to make the word 'BOO' glued on your pumpkin with a bow tied on the stem. How easy would that be to grab your Stampin' Up! Designer Buttons, Striped Grosgrain Ribbon and glue gun and poof your done!
Here's a card that I created for this spooky holiday. I have to say I love this card! It has a sort of vintage Halloween appeal. I've used all Stampin' Up! materials to create it. The background image is heat embossed with Wild Wasabi Stampin' Emboss Powder. The picture doesn't do it the best justice but I hope you enjoy it and of course contact me with any questions.
